The firm advices its clients concerning all NGO’s related legal matters inter alia; local and foreign NGO’s registration requirements, registration procedures including the assistance with completing and filing all the forms and applications, drafting the required bylaws, coordinating the interviews with all competent authorities including the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and the Palestinian Security Services. The firm also assist its NGO clients in maintaining their status with the MoI, submitting the required annual reports and recording all changes such as changes on signatories or local representative.
