Over the past years, INDITEX and its famous trademarked brands including “Zara”, “Bershka”, Pull&Bear” and “Massimo Dutti” have been continuously infringed by multiple parties attempting to ride the wave of their success. Due to the Group’s huge success in IP claims over the years, we were approached in order to secure their IP rights in Palestine and provide them with the necessary protection. The team took on the challenge like any other, and with full force successfully performed multiple injunctions and filed oppositions and lawsuits on their behalf.
