At HAG, our clients remain our top priority and protecting their rights is what fuels us. Hence, in 2021, we continued to provide the highest quality of services to them. In doing so, we acquired a final verdict by the Trademarks’ Registrar Office protecting the intellectual property rights belonging to one of our international clients, their trademark “Pufak” known to appear on food products such as crisps, was faced with a cancelation application by one of their competitors. Our IP legal team, successfully argued that the application’s statute of limitation had elapsed, as well as, disproved the opposition’s arguments and displayed the client’s ongoing use of the said trademark, thus leading to the dismissal of the application.
