Education
Hussam Attereh has been practicing commercial law and related litigation in Palestine for the last 30 years and has extensive experience in advising on Palestinian laws. He has particular experience in corporate legal structures, commercial banking, insurance and arbitration. Mr. Attereh graduated from The Arab University of Beirut Law School with an LL.B. and is licensed as an advocate to practice in Palestine.

Experience
As the founder of the firm, Mr. Attereh has spearheaded all aspects of the firm’s operation. As a leader in the community and the legal profession locally, he has an excellent command of both the needs of the firm’s clients and the intricacies of the law applicable to each specialty area.

Mr. Attereh is a registered Palestinian Arbitrator, and he is a strong believer in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution as a means of furthering the client’s interests as expeditiously as possible.

Mr. Attereh is a member of the Palestinian American Chamber of Commerce, the Palestinian Businessmen Association, and the Palestinian Bar Association.
